Staffed back office for Turo fleets

Your guests get answered. Your money gets collected.

A trained team works your Turo inbox around the clock — from inside the platform that already tracks your cars, your trips and your money.

5 vehicles and up. Month to month. No setup fee.

The difference

An inbox service can only read. Ours can look, act, and record.

Every messaging service reads the same thread you do. Ours is wired into the fleet underneath it — so the answer to “where is the car” does not have to be a question we ask you.

They can see the car

Live position, arrival at the pickup point, and how long it has been sitting there. Every look is logged against the person who took it.

They file the charges

Cleaning, fuel, tolls, late returns, mileage. Filed on Turo while the trip is fresh, inside the limits you set — never above them.

They close the books

Every charge and receipt lands in your expenses, your tolls and your financials, matched to the trip it came from. No CSV upload, no month-end reconstruction.

The money nobody chases

A damage claim is the rare one. The ordinary charges are what actually leak.

Everyone sells damage claims, because a wrecked bumper is memorable. But a fleet does not bleed on the big one — it bleeds eighty dollars at a time, on trips nobody had time to close out.

You set the ceiling; the team works under it. You decide what a VA may file without asking — a cleaning limit, a reimbursement limit, a figure above which a damage claim comes to you. Anything unset is treated as “ask the host”, never as permission.

On shift

What the team actually does

Guest messages are the loudest part of the job, not all of it. The work the inbox sets in motion is the part that protects the fleet.

Answers the guests

Every thread read and ranked the moment it lands. A trained person writes each reply — the assistant drafts it with the trip, the car and your own house rules already in hand.

Runs the handover

Check-in and check-out while the guest is standing at the car: codes, keys, the lot section, the late return, the car that has not come back yet.

Works the claim

Damage documented, the estimate built, the case pushed through Turo until it resolves — rather than a "thanks for letting us know" and a problem nobody escalated.

Pricing

One price, and a platform under it.

Back Office is priced on its own. It runs on a full RevHost account, which costs nothing and is already doing the work most tools charge for.

Included at every fleet size

  • 24/7 coverage. Urgent threads answered in minutes, the rest inside the hour.

  • Guest charges filed. Cleaning, fuel, tolls, late returns and mileage, under the limits you set.

  • A free RevHost account. Fleet dashboard, Turo sync, expenses, financials, tolls, calendar and guest records — no charge, at any fleet size.

  • Your trips, reconciled. Every charge the team files is matched to the trip it came from, so the books close themselves.

  • Setup done for you. Your cars, locations and house rules written up before anyone answers a guest.

  • Live vehicle position on any car running GPS — ours, or a Tesla, Bouncie or SmartCar connection you already have.

Damage claims. Your first claim estimate is free. Every one after that is $9.99 — an itemized, guest-ready estimate with the recovery worked through Turo for you.

Sold separately. RevHost PRO and GPS tracking are their own products with their own pricing. Neither is required for Back Office, and neither is folded into this price.

Questions

What operators ask us

Does an AI message my guests?

No. A trained person writes every reply that reaches a guest. The assistant reads the thread, ranks it by urgency, and drafts against the trip, the car and your house rules — a human edits and sends it.

How do you get into my Turo inbox?

You add us as a co-host on your Turo account and grant message and booking access — the mechanism Turo built for exactly this. You never share your password, and you can remove the access yourself at any time.

What can a VA decide without asking me?

Only what you have set a limit for. During setup you fix the ceilings — a goodwill amount, a cleaning charge, a reimbursement to file, the figure above which a damage claim comes to you. Anything you leave unset is treated as "ask the host", so a gap in onboarding never becomes permission.

Do I have to change how I run on Turo?

No. Your listings, your pricing and your Turo account stay exactly as they are. Nothing is migrated and nothing is rebuilt.

Do I need GPS in my cars?

Not for the service to work — the inbox, the charges, the claims and the bookkeeping all run without it. Live position and arrival only appear on cars that report location, whether that is a RevHostGPS tracker or a Tesla, Bouncie or SmartCar connection you already have.

Do I need a paid RevHost plan?

No. Back Office runs on a free RevHost account, which already covers your fleet dashboard, Turo sync, expenses, financials, tolls and guest records. PRO and GPS tracking are separate products with their own pricing, and neither is required.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. Month to month, no contract and no cancellation fee. Remove our co-host access on Turo and the inbox is yours again the same day.
